Pregnant Man On Oprah?

WTF? I mean really? That’s pretty cool, but I think he may have been scheduled on the 1st of this month but got bumped. just kidding, it’s NOT a late April Fools joke. It’s real.

And, who else other than Oprah to pull the subtleties out of the story, I mean it’ s not like it’s sensationalized or any thing right?

Thomas Beatie, a former woman who is now a pregnant man, defended his decision today to have a baby, saying he has a “right to have a biological child.”

 

“I actually opted not to do anything to my reproductive organs because I wanted to have a child one day. I see pregnancy as a process and it doesn’t define who I am,” Beatie told Winfrey.

That’s right. He was a woman, who had her breast removed, grew a beard, but all long planned to get pregnant to have a child! Even having his gender legally changed from female to male!

At least there’s a funny story when the child, as a teenager (if the poor thing doesn’t die from humiliation first) yells out in a rebellious fit “Dad, go F*&% yourself” But seriously, you thought your parents were screwed up….

On a side note, is it Mothers’ Day or Fathers’ Day coming up?
